IODO BAC SHAMPOO

IODO BAC SHAMPOO

Povidone-iodine-based disinfectant.

Product based on an Iodophor. Povidone Iodine has the same spectrum of activity as elemental Iodine against bacteria and viruses. It can be used in very low concentrations with excellent efficacy. It ensures the potent antiseptic activity of iodine through its slow elimination. The iodophore solution cleanses the skin at the same time as the available iodine exerts its antibacterial effect. It has the advantages of iodine but no local irritant action. It is not inactivated in the presence of organic matter as is the case with other disinfectants and penetrates deeply into cracks, crevices and roughness. It has high penetrating power, easily removes dirt, is not affected by water hardness or detergents.

It is indicated for the hygiene of canines and felines. The product is used as is. Wash by applying the shampoo on the pet’s coat previously wetted. Rub until generating abundant lather and leave for 3 minutes before rinsing.
